🎉 ANNOUNCING THE CATHY PEACOCK “BIGGEST FAN” MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP 🎉

Today is an especially meaningful day for the Parker County Youth Sports Development Foundation!

On what would have been Cathy Peacock’s 96th birthday, we are honored to officially announce the Cathy Peacock “Biggest Fan” Memorial Scholarship. ❤️

Cathy showed us that you don’t have to be on the field to make an incredible impact on a team. She was the kind of grandmother who cheered loudly, loved generously, encouraged everyone, and made every player feel like they had someone in their corner.

This annual scholarship will honor a student-athlete who carries that same spirit forward—someone who supports their teammates, celebrates others, demonstrates kindness and sportsmanship, and is simply the kind of person everyone is grateful to have on their team.

Because being a BIGGEST FAN isn’t just something you do from the stands—it’s something you live out every day.

Happy 96th Birthday, Cathy. ❤️ Your legacy of love and encouragement will continue to impact young athletes for years to come.

PCo Youth Sports Development Foundation is excited to host our 2nd Red Ball Tournament! After a great first event, we’re ready to get back on the courts for another fun day of tennis!

🎾 A Historic First for the Parker County Youth Sports Development Foundation! 🎾

On June 13, we proudly hosted the very first event under the banner of the Parker County Youth Sports Development Foundation!

Coach Mike Lasher led our inaugural Red Ball Tennis Tournament, introducing young athletes across Parker County to the game of tennis in a fun, welcoming, and low-pressure environment. The event was designed to help new players experience the excitement of match play and tournament competition while building confidence and developing a love for the sport.

After an exciting championship match, Wesley Bass emerged as our inaugural Red Ball Tennis Tournament Champion! 🏆 Congratulations, Wes, on a great performance!

This event would not have been possible without the dedication and leadership of Coach Mike Lasher, who continues to grow the game of tennis in our community.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Bass Insurance Group for sponsoring our very first Foundation event. Your support helps us create opportunities for young athletes across Parker County, and we are incredibly grateful for your partnership.

This is just the beginning. We can't wait to continue providing opportunities for youth through sports and making a lasting impact in Parker County!
