Hi readers! It is time to now discuss our Go Big Read book club book, Sitting Pretty by Rebekah Taussig! If you haven’t grabbed a copy yet (and are a very fast reader) copies will be available at the Big Ten Happy Hour otherwise, it is available online Libby and online. Can’t wait to see you there !

We’re excited to be back at Capital Pride for the Street Festival on Sunday, June 21! Interested in volunteering with us? The festival opens to the public at 12 noon and runs until 7pm. In less than two weeks, we'll host the 2026 ceremony for the Anthony Shadid Award for Journalism Ethics at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. 🏆
