We asked Team Instructor Gaspard Nouaille:
"Why does Natural Movement feel different?"
His answer starts with something simple. Natural Movement asks the body to move as an integrated system rather than separating movement into isolated exercises.
Watch Gaspard explain why that difference matters.

The Benefits of Spending Time in Nature ๐
๐ Spending time outdoors is valuable, but interacting with the environment offers something more. Uneven terrain, rocks, logs, and natural obstacles invite different movement solutions that develop awareness, adaptability, and physical competency.
The next time you're outside, look beyond the trail. There may be more opportunities to move than you think.
The low crawl is often treated as an exercise.
In nature, it's simply a movement solution.
Notice how the leopard doesn't try to maintain a fixed technique. Its posture, stride length, and body position change from one moment to the next as the terrain and the situation change.
This is an important distinction.
Movement quality isn't defined by how closely you match a prescribed form. It's defined by how well your movement responds to the demands of the environment while maintaining efficiency and control.
Natural Movement is built on this principle. We don't practice movement patterns to memorize them. We practice them so they remain available when the environment calls for them. ๐
