It takes… a lot 🫣 to make our art, to stay on it and to continue to find purpose along the way.
Inspired after watching
Congratulations to everyone involved, especially and , for joining forces to create this musical 🎶 Can’t wait to see what’s next.
Loved the references to writers and songs that not everyone will know, but that specificity is what made it special. I sang and danced in my seat. Loved seeing new and young talent bring it on. A special shoutout to my dear , who’s an experienced artist, but this was his first musical and he nailed it. And my dear .rrj, who is simply a beautiful dancer. I gasped so many times, just beautiful.
The stage chemistry between and was so fun to witness. And to my friend Samuel, it was great to witness him from the audience this time. I’m their new groupie haha, but seriously, this was a much-needed break for me, and this show gave me joy.
Thank you all!
If you’re in DC, go check it out at before it closes this Sunday, May 24th.
An obviously the best shoutout to my special date 🫂❤️
