Unity Boat Club is proud to reflect on an exciting milestone at the 2026 Youth Beach Sprints Championship.
This year, UBC participated in and supported athlete development across the Women’s 1x, Open Gender 1x, and Women’s 2x categories while continuing our commitment to growing beach sprint rowing opportunities for athletes across the DC area.
We were honored to take part in the second-ever Youth Beach Sprint Championship Regatta and to contribute to the continued development of this fast-growing discipline.
A special congratulations to Potomac Juniors athlete Natalia, who participated in our development program and delivered an outstanding performance—earning 3rd place at Nationals. We’re incredibly proud of her achievement and dedication.
At Unity Boat Club, we remain committed to expanding access to beach sprint rowing and creating more opportunities for young athletes to compete, grow, and succeed.
