Hello Warren YMCA Dolphins,

We wanted to share an opportunity we've been working on behind the scenes! On October 10th-11th we are hosting a Fitter & Faster Freestyle & Backstroke Racing Skills camp at our home pool, the Warren YMCA.

This camp will focus on Free/Back technique, and include turns, underwaters, breakouts, and finishes. These are the skills that can often decide close races and make a lasting difference in performance!

If your swimmer is interested, we recommend you sign up today to lock down a spot!

We are excited to let you know about an opportunity to register for and attend a Fitter & Faster Freestyle & Backstroke Racing Skills swim camp we are hosting the weekend of October 10th & 11th! This will be a great way to kick off the season!

This high performance camp is designed to sharpen freestyle and backstroke racing skills, focusing on explosive starts, powerful underwaters, refined technique, and faster turns and finishes to help swimmers drop time and race with confidence.
