We’re proud of the culture we’ve built.

The Lady Pups are looking for athletes who want to work hard, compete with confidence, support their teammates, and get a little better every single day. We believe great teams are built on effort, accountability, and being good team mates first—not just what happens on the scoreboard.

Our 10U team is holding an open tryout, while our 12U team is looking to add just a few athletes who are the right fit for our championship-caliber culture.

Our 10U Lady Pups team is currently looking to add 1–2 players, and these open practices are a perfect opportunity for interested athletes to get a feel for the team, meet the coaches, and see if it’s a good fit.

Open Practice Details:
- Tuesdays, December 2, 2025 - January 27, 2026 (excluding December 23, 2025)
- 5pm-6pm
- Virginia Beach Field House, upper fields.
