Since starting this workshop, I’ve been working to create something that truly reflects my brand and mission. This new name represents what I’m passionate about—helping coaches rise to their potential, level up their coaching, and make a lasting impact in their members’ lives. 🌅 The sun reflects the idea of rising up, building momentum, and stepping into your full potential. It’s a symbol of growth, progress, and the powerful changes that come from focusing on mastering the basics.

The Rise Coaching Workshop isn’t just a learning experience—it’s a journey. Together, we’ll refocus on the coaching essentials, refine our craft, and create a ripple effect of positive change that extends far beyond the gym.
