Rest isn’t a sign that you’re giving up—it’s a sign that you’re trusting God to sustain you.
You don’t have to carry every burden on your own. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is pause, breathe, and let God refill what life has poured out.
You were never meant to run on empty.

Rest isn’t a reward for finishing everything. It’s a gift God gives you so you can keep going.

Reminder | There’s More in You
Sis,
Sometimes we outgrow places, mindsets, and even versions of ourselves.
Don’t mistake God’s stretching for rejection. When He calls you higher, it’s because He sees something in you that you may not see yet.
Don’t shrink to make others comfortable.
Grow into the woman God created you to be.

Reminder | Your Story Isn’t Over
Sis,
What hurt you doesn’t have to define you.
God has a way of taking the places that once brought tears and using them to reveal His faithfulness. Healing may take time, but every step forward is evidence that His grace is still at work.
You are becoming who He created you to be—not because of what happened to you, but because of what He’s doing in you.
