An updated physical is required to play!

📍 On-site Physicals at Donovan Middle School: August 17 & 18 (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

📄 Private Exams: Upload completed forms directly to familyid.com or turn in a hard copy to your school nurse.
