At Farrell's, we help people transform their bodies and lives through the development of healthy lifestyle habits. Our students begin with our 10-Week Challenge that includes a contest and six days per week of fun, energizing and educational workouts including fitness kickboxing and a progressive series of dynamic strength training classes. Our common sense nutrition guidelines teach students how to fuel their bodies for lean muscle development and maximum fat loss. Our coaches and instructors work with each student to help them achieve their best possible 10 week results through email, text, phone and face to face support and encouragement.
