💊 Supplements should supplement your health and not be a guessing game.
Walk down the supplement aisle (or scroll through social media 😜) and it’s easy to feel like you need a little bit of everything.
But more isn’t necessarily better.
My approach? Know what your body actually needs.
I’m a big believer in having appropriate lab work done and working with a qualified healthcare professional to identify nutritional gaps before simply adding supplements because they’re trending.
These are a few that are currently part of my routine:
✨ Women’s multivitamin
✨ Vitamin B12
✨ Omega-3 + CoQ10
They’re specific to my needs and my labs, and I take them with professional guidance. Your supplement routine may look completely different—and that’s exactly the point.
Quality matters, too. One reason I choose is their commitment to research, ingredient quality and rigorous testing. Their facilities are NSF certified, and many Thorne products are also NSF Certified for Sport®, meaning they undergo independent third-party testing.
Before filling your pill box, ask yourself:
Do I actually know what my body needs or am I guessing?
🥗 Food first.
🧪 Test when appropriate.
👩⚕️ Get professional guidance.
💊 Supplement intentionally.
