One of the easiest places to pick one up is your local West Marine. The identifier must be visible in your catch photos for entries to be eligible, so it's an important part of getting tournament-ready.

Investing in the Next Generation of Florida Anglers 🎣🎓

The CCA Florida STAR Youth Competition presented by Yamaha Outboards is about more than just catching fish—it's about creating opportunities for young anglers across Florida. Through the Guy Harvey Foundation Youth Scholarship Division presented by Realtree Fishing, eligible anglers ages 6–17 have the chance to compete, learn, and earn valuable scholarship opportunities while enjoying time on the water.

To participate, anglers must be a current CCA New Tide member in good standing, be between the ages of 6 and 17 as of May 23, 2026, and use rod, reel, hook, and line to catch their competition entry.
