Dale Jackson and I shared many customers over the years, not just because of our family connection but because we wanted nothing more then to make everyone feel our passion, attention to detail and personal connection in every job we handled. I always felt honored and proud to tell my customers "you need to call my cousin Dale, he will take care of you!". As soon as I got off the phone with them I would text/call Dale immediately to tell him another one was on their way and he would simply reply "no problem I will take care of them!". To us that is what business was all about, and to share that with my cousin for the past 14+ years created some of the best memories of my life! With that said, I wanted to share with everyone the message from Twin Lakes Audio and let you know that Dale's legacy will continue on! Thank you for trusting both of us over the years! ❤️

Good afternoon, everyone!

First, I hope everyone had an amazing Fourth of July weekend.

I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has reached out with prayers, kind words, and support over the past few weeks. The love you’ve shown our family has meant more than you know.

A special thank you to Eric McDonald for the incredible show this weekend. I know Dale would’ve loved every minute of it, and I have no doubt he heard it loud and clear. Thank you for giving him the sendoff he deserved.

Twin Lakes Audio was never just a job to Dale, it was his passion. He took tremendous pride in every installation and every customer who trusted him with their boat. Because of that, we’re committed to continuing the business and providing the same quality service that he built his reputation on.
