I loved being the youngest woman in the weight room today! 💪🏻 At 54, I was so happy to see an older generation of ladies strength training. I know how much societal pressure they have had to overcome to not be cardio queens or to feel as if they have to shrink themselves to fit what they’ve been told for decades was what a woman should look like.
Don’t be afraid- there are SO many benefits to regular strength training. You’re never too old to start. And, I’m here to guide you. DM training for a free consultation about my online training options.

I love quick and easy breakfast ideas. Overnight oats are a favorite of mine, especially when it’s hot out.
My clients appreciate the convenience of overnight oats.
I never expected that being diagnosed with breast cancer would lead to me having increased compassion. Not for just myself, but even more so for other people. 💕
Have you found a surprising positive outcome from your cancer diagnosis? Please share because it’s a good thing to not just share the doom and gloom of cancer.
I’m not against GLP’s or other things that help weight loss. If you’re on one, it’s even more important that you lift weights to maintain and build muscles. Everyone should be lifting weights, period.
