Soul Fyre Martial Arts

Soul Fyre Martial Arts Our focus is self-defense. Students learn strikes, kicks, blocks, & how to apply them. Techniques are a blend of Silat & karate.

They will also learn how to breakfall and to defend themselves from the ground. Core Values:

Humility: Placing the needs and feelings of others before one's self. Integrity: Doing the right thing, even when nobody is looking. Service: Helping others without expecting anything in return.

We worked on the windmill block, hair grab, slap, and the clown kick. We also did a belt pull as the warm-up.
