When swings donât have any intention, you can start to lose control of what matters in your swing.
Extension and Direction are very important and by setting up a guideline (like the PVC pipe shown), you help remind yourself of the proper intention which will lead to better swings.

So many players try to crush the ball but struggle to hit for power in games. If only they understood that power without direction does nothing.
If you struggle with flying open, use a PVC or really just any stick, to give you a GUIDELINE. Set it up towards the opposite field gap.
Use this attack angle to avoid getting around and coming off the ball.
