Whether you love Mondays or hate them… working out helps. Each class is 45 minutes. Come at 6am and get your workout in before work, or come after work at 5:30pm for strength training. Beginner Line Dance Fitness starts at 6:30pm! No experience needed for these classes just show up in your sneakers ready to have a good time. Drop-in rate is $10 or $5 for students (including college) and Seniors 65+. What a fun way to get in some cardio! Located In the Pear Tree Center at 520 E Perkins Street in Ukiah
