Our Week 6 Top Notch Auto "Hats Off" Award Winners

Dover JR QB Dieter Weber continued to do what he's done all year in leading the Tornadoes offense and in tonight's win at West Holmes, he had 3 TD passes, and a long TD run.

Claymont JR RB Kam Stout had himself a night in the Mustangs home win against Sandy Valley with 2 rushing TD's and a punt return TD which makes him the new school record holder for punt return TD's

Conotton Valley SR QB Kaden Leggett threw for 398 yards and 4 touchdowns in the Rockets home win over Bridgeport.

Strasburg-Franklin SR RB Micah McVay had a big night in the Tigers road win at Buckeye Trail with 2 TD runs and a TD catch.

Our Ridgeview Fence Pancake Award presented by Synergy Sign & Graphics for week 6 is heading to the Claymont Mustangs for another great performance on the offensive line and the D-Line helping control another shutout.

We are proud to announce that our BCC staff purchased a hog at the Tuscarawas County Fair auction from Brody Cameron! The purchase was made for $9 a pound. Brody is a double lab student, from Claymont, enrolled in our Utility Lineworker and Electrical Systems Technology labs. We raised over $2,570 to put towards this purchase. The meat will be processed by our Meat Cutting, Deli, & Bakery lab and will be donated to a local charity in a few weeks! Congrats to Brody and the other 4-H and FFA members who sold animals at the fair! !

The Claymont boys varsity teams season came to an end as we lost in sectionals by one stroke just missing out on districts. However we do have one individual who will be competing in districts on Monday at EagleSticks.

For DreVonn Searcy, being a Mustang is about so much more than what happens on the football field or wrestling mat. It’s about the people who push you, believe in you, and help shape the person you become.

DreVonn chose his Mustang wrestling coach, Coach Dustin Warner, as his mentor because Coach Warner has taught him that sports are about preparing you for the real world—pushing through challenges, setting bigger goals, and always striving for something greater.
