See you all tonight at 6 PM - 's Sliced - Tulsa 🍕 ALSO - for those who prefer a walk on this hot day, April will be leading a 2 mile (3.2 km) walk group (late notice we know, but we couldn't confirm until today)

It's not too hot to kick off the weekend a day early ⚽ Come take a hydration break this Thursday (July 9th) courtesy of Tulsa Running Club! Meet us at 6 p.m. at Andolini's Sliced in the Blue Dome District (114 Detroit Ave.) for a 50-ish minute run 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️

We'll meet back up there afterward for pizza 🍕 We and TRC partner Andolini's have your post-run pizza slices covered; the refreshments (🍻) will be available for purchase. We'll wind things down by ~8:15 PM.

We'll have 4 different routes to meet most runners' paces:

We're just a week away from the next TRC social run! Who else is ready to get out and hit some trails with your best running friends?

Plan for about an hour or less on Turkey Mountain's trails. We'll sort into a couple groups by pace/distance. Lead group will be approx. 5 miles at ~10:00 per mile (roughly equates to ~8:00/mile on road) ... and other groups will scale down from there. We'll do our best to ensure everyone is matched to a group.

Meet in the lower parking lot Sunday, June 28th, by 9 a.m. We'll wrap up the run and enjoy some DoubleShot Coffee cold brew at about 10 a.m. If possible, please help the planet (and our budget) by bringing a reusable cup or mug ♻ (we should have a few disposable cups on hand)

This is an excellent opportunity to explore Turkey Mountain's new (and maybe some old) trails! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

We're barely a month away from the Equalizer 5k!

If you're new to this race: The Equalizer 5K levels the field with staggered start times based on each age/gender group’s 5K state record. Each group has its own start time in reverse order. For example, men 85+ start first at 7:30 a.m. (state 5K record is 35:24); followed 2 minutes, 26 seconds later by the women 85+ (state 5K record 32:58). And so on until men aged 20-39 start last at 7:51:38 a.m. (13:46 state 5K record).
