🔥 SEPTEMBER TRAINING UPDATE 🔥

September is here and with the rain we’ve been getting, unpredictable weather, and everyone getting back into school, setting a weekly schedule isn’t always easy. I understand that not everyone wants to pull their kids out of school, so I’m going to do my best to work with everyone and make something happen!

💪🏼 GOAL: 3 DAYS A WEEK
I’m looking to get something going every Saturday, Sunday, + one day during the week.

Once we get more consistent rain, I’ll have a lot more access to tracks and different places to train, which will make scheduling much easier.

Had an AMAZING morning at Albany MX Park for the Steven Kristoff Showdown training session! 💪🏼🔥

Everyone absolutely killed it today. The track was amazing, the riding was awesome, and it was so cool to see the progress from so many of the guys.

Stoked to help each rider build a little more confidence heading into this weekend and, more importantly, carry that confidence forward beyond this race. 👊🏼

Huge thank you to Steven for giving us the opportunity to come out and help everyone get ready. We appreciate it! 💪🏼

If you’re going to the track every week but you’re not actually getting better… you need to change how you train. 🏁

At HARD, we don’t just send you out for 10 minutes, pull you off the track, talk for 10 minutes, and send you back out.

🎧 We use Cardos so I can coach you while you’re riding.

I can see what you’re doing, give you adjustments in real time, and have you apply them on the very next lap.

And honestly, I haven’t had a single rider come train with us for the first time who didn’t absolutely love the way we operate with the Cardos.

You spend more time on the bike, get more feedback, and actually get to apply what we’re working on instead of standing around talking. 🔥

More purposeful laps.
More feedback.
More progress.
