Over Labor Day weekend the fellas took a trip Colorado Springs to play in the John Kings Rocky Classic. For our first game at 12pm, we pulled Hickory Circle, an Amish team out of Millersburg, Ohio. We kept it close and low scoring for the first few innings but after that we lost em and Hickory Circle beat us 19-4. After an incredibly long break we went back to the fields at 8pm to play CSE out of Omaha, Nebraska. The game was neck and neck the entire time. With a grannie from Justice Lillie in the first inning and a walk off single from Ty James to score Isaac Medina, the winning run, 2FN won 22-21! The boys came back fresh at 7am to play Colorado Drip out of, Colorado Springs. We heard on with them for a little bit, eventually falling short, losing 16-5, and ending our run. We had a great time out in the spring! Catch us back there next weekend for Fall State!!

Due to most our guys going to ball out at SPIDERZ, we will unfortunately be dropping out of GSL STATE. But best bet we’re coming out on fire for FALL STATE. See yall there.
