Like the rest of the Graveyard Greats, these were made as a limited Halloween run, so once the season is over, he's headed back to the graveyard.

Do you remember your first baseball glove?

Not necessarily the best glove you ever owned.

The first one.

The one that was probably too big for your hand. The one you slept with under your mattress because somebody told you it would help break it in. The one you took to practice, played catch with in the yard, and carried around until the leather was worn out.

For a lot of us, there’s probably a glove somewhere in our past that helped make us fall in love with baseball.

Some of those gloves are long gone.

Some are sitting in a box in the garage.

And some are being handed down to another generation.

That’s one of my favorite things about this game. The equipment changes, the players change, but baseball keeps getting passed along.

MLB sent me a bunch of photos from Fanatics Fest, and I figured I had to share a few of them.

It’s still pretty crazy to look back at these and realize I was sitting on the MLB stage at Fanatics Fest working on baseball gloves.

What started years ago as me messing around with old gloves, figuring out how to clean them up, repair them and bring them back to life has turned into opportunities I never really expected.

I’ve gotten to work on some incredible gloves, meet a lot of great people and talk baseball with people from all over the country. Getting the chance to do what I love on an MLB stage was definitely one of those moments I’ll remember for a long time.
