We have decided to open tickets to one day of our Retreat. This will be the Fearless Warrior Experience! 🔥

Spend a day with us at Rhonda Revelle Field at Bowlin Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska! 🎈

This experience is open for ANY and ALL Female Athletes!
She will meet other athletes from around the country, learn and implement Mental Skills in real time, and be inspired by current college players, pro players, and an Olympian!

Neuroscience tells us that the brain prioritizes what is familiar and repeated. We are wired to be efficient which is why most of us walk around with our subconscious thoughts running on autopilot.

What are your repeated autopilot thoughts?
❌ I suck at this
❌ Why can’t I get this?!
❌ I’m not a speed pitcher.
❌ I always miss my penalty kicks.
❌ I keep getting turnovers.

These are all very REAL examples of athletes we work with. You’re not alone!

Step 1: AWARENESS
You cannot change what you are not aware of first! Find out what your negative repeated thoughts are… write them down! SEE them for what they are…
NEGATIVE!

Step 2: SHIFT
With mental skills like reframing, belief shifting, neutral thinking, and self-talk key words; you can start to challenge these negative thoughts!

Everyone struggles with mindset. The athletes that make it to college and beyond have trained for it. 🧠

If she’s not TRUSTING the work she’s putting in, then it doesn’t matter how many physical reps she does. She will continue to stay frustrated. 💔

Mental reps are practiced the same way as physical reps! Give her the skills to manage her thoughts and emotions. To bounce back and not let mistakes turn into spirals.
