After a long tough year, we are back! And with a vengeance!!
As some of y’all may know, I suffered a serious injury over a year ago to the achilles, then the pandemic and it hit a pause on all my gym activities.
Fast forward today and I’ve invested in continuing the grind! This time, no excuses, considering the gym is 10secs from my bed.
