Summer 2026 showcase schedule is a wrap! Battery Herzog 14U finished their summer season with a great DC Elite Softball event - Stars Over Georgia.
The team cohesion, business-like attitude, and individual effort from all of these athletes is something special. They finished the tournament 3-1-1 - great job!

Thursday camp got cut short but Battery was representing Tallahassee!!!
After Friday and Saturday, Battery-Herzog is sitting 3-0-1. We head to bracket play on Sunday!

We’re wrapping up our Summer Showcases July 9-12 in Columbus, GA. A large number of the Battery 14U athletes will also participate in the Thursday camp. Schedule to come later this week!

Backwards K showcase is a wrap. While we would have liked to had better results, it doesn’t always work out the way you want. The ladies battled through the heat, played some great competition and fought every game. They were hitting to contact just didn’t get the ball in enough gaps and that’s ok! Herzog’s 14U team went 1-3-1, with lessons learned through adversity.
The memories and team bonding this weekend were unlike any we’ve had thus far and for that, everyone is grateful!
We’ll be back at practice this week, this team never quits!

The Battery went 1-1 today in the Backwards K showcase. It was a hot one, with the bats in game 2 and in temperature!
