Happy National Coaches Day to our Beautiful Bodies Instructors. Without them, we wouldnât have what we have here at BB. đ«¶đŒ Give your coach a hug and tell them how grateful you are for them!
We have 3 performances left to share! We always love seeing the routines Steph puts together â€ïž her intro:
Steph will be celebrating her 5 year pole anniversary in July. Although she wishes she would have found pole fitness earlier in life, she is proud of the progress sheâs made in starting after the age of 40. Plus, Beautiful Bodies didnât exist when she was young, and she canât imagine training elsewhere so everything worked out how it was supposed to.
Steph chose the song âDrink You Awayâ by Justin Timberlake because she likes the blues-y feel and musicality of the song, and thought it would be fun to choreograph to. Also, the song is about trying to drown your heartbreak with alcohol, and everyone knows Steph loves a good cocktail!

Andreaâs introduction:
Andrea is a pole instructor here at Beautiful Bodies and a licensed physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience in movement education. Originally from Mexico City, Andrea moved to Arizona nearly 2 years ago to marry her husband, Richardâand has since made Beautiful Bodies her home studio.
In addition to teaching pole technique and flexibility classes here, Andrea also coaches dancers around the world through her Pain-Free Pole method. Her coaching helps pole dancers build the strength and mobility they need to stay injury-free and keep progressingâno matter how busy or bruised they feel.
Today, sheâs performing to âSo Coldââa song she chose not just for its musicality, but because it speaks to a time in her life filled with heartbreak, disconnection, and searching for home. That season ended when she met Richardâand this performance is a tribute to the journey it took to get here.
