What an incredible experience for our players tonight!

The MO Dawgs had the opportunity to take the field against Team Japan, giving our athletes a chance to compete with players who traveled from across the world to be here this week. While baseball brought us together, it’s the friendships, respect, and unforgettable memories that will last long after the final out.

Experiences like this remind us that the game of baseball is bigger than wins and losses. It’s about learning from one another, embracing different cultures, and creating lifelong memories through the sport we all love.

A huge thank you to Team Japan for a fun, competitive game and for making tonight such a special experience for our players.

We want to give a huge shoutout to our Managing Partner, Coach Kayla Bailey!

While many know Coach Kayla for everything she does behind the scenes at MO Dawgs Baseball Club, she’s also entering her 4th season as Head Coach of the ICE Allstars - St. Louis School Year Program. With 23 years of coaching experience and a background as a 75-time National Champion, she has dedicated her life to helping young athletes grow in confidence, character, and resilience.

Beyond coaching, Coach Kayla is the author of Raising an Athlete and Coaching Beyond the Performance, bringing her passion for athlete development to families and coaches everywhere.

At MO Dawgs, we’re incredibly thankful for her leadership, organization, and vision as she works tirelessly to build a development-first baseball program where every player has the opportunity to learn, compete, and belong.
