The St. Louis Metro Collegiate Baseball League is pleased to recognize its most outstanding pitcher for the 2026 season. The "Top Gun" Award is given to honor this player for his pursuit of excellence on the mound. This year's recipient, Kannon Walker! Kannon posted a record of 4-0 to go with his league-leading .113 Earned Run Average. Opponents hit only.179 against him with 27 strikeouts. His.97 Walks plus Hits per Innings Pitched topped all other pitchers in the Metro League. Kannon will be entering his senior year at the University of Missouri St. Louis this fall. Congrats Kannon!
