Our Girls Academy Gold – Full Platform has earned its place in the 2026–27 Girls Academy Champions Cup as one of just 19 club qualifiers nationwide!

Good luck to them and all of our GA and Aspire teams as they kickoff league play at home this weekend! 🔴🔵

Meet Sterling Nabours, our Sr. Manager of Seniors Soccer! 👏

With more than 30 years of experience across youth, high school and collegiate soccer, Sterling brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to LFA. His background includes serving as an NCAA Division I head coach, and he currently leads our Red Star and Prospects programs.

Sterling is passionate about developing players technically, tactically, physically and as young people while building strong relationships throughout the club.

Small crew, big impact! ❤️

We had a fun and fulfilling morning volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House in St. Louis. Our team repackaged hygiene essentials into smaller, ready-to-use bundles and pitched in with cleaning and general maintenance tasks.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that does so much for families in our community!
