We meet weekly for training runs and participate in organized races in the St. Our featured running event is the annual Live Well Ferguson 5K which is held in May. This is a fantastic running event extravaganza combining running, a music concert, prizes, food and fun and boasted over 900 race participants in our 2010 inaugural event.
