A little story of WeMahj origins ◡̈

Okay so imagine this, four girlies stumble upon a pop-up Tarot reading post-yoga (at our fave yoga studio Brick City Yoga obvi). What we thought was just a silly post yoga Tarot reading turned out to be WeMahj destiny ✨

I (Abby) went first and got some silly reading about men being de-centered from my life (thank you universe). Sarah was next and we thought it was going to be juicy as she had just gone through an annoying break-up.. Instead the reading gave her the date of January 20th. Something big was going to happen for Sarah that day

We went home laughing about it and dreaming up big fancy dreams for Sarah 🦄🪄✨

A few weeks pass and January 20th was just another girls night in. The usual: Trader Joe’s sprinkle cookies, Mahj, and tea 🫖

Oh and Abby posted on her local Tower Grove Facebook looking to teach people Mahjong in her house with her friends…

Between games Abby told everyone about the post and figured we should check together to see if people wanted to learn to play from us, we were blown away by the response (we thought maybe one or two people would want to learn to play with us, instead we got over 100 people interested- which Abby’s house could not host lol)

The rest is history..
jk- lots of hard work from four badass has gone into this side-business we love. We wouldn’t change it for anything, so grateful and proud of the community we continue to build.

So thank you all for making us luckiest girls in the world and can’t wait to see what we stumble upon next…💕

Come add some charms to your keychain and make new friends playing Mahjong 💖 (we just restocked the charm bucket with some super cute ones!)

We provide all materials to play with your friends, come solo and make new friends! Newbies welcome, we will be there to guide you through the game if needed!
