Spewak Racing is a membership-based running club that welcomes runners of all abilities. As a 501c3 nonprofit, we strive to make the St.
Louis running community more equitable and inclusive with every mile we run. Spewak Racing is a membership-based team, inclusive of athletes of all abilities, which provides opportunities to race, train, and encourage each other every step of the way. We strive to make an impact beyond the race course by giving back to the greater St. Louis region through our event proceeds and volunteering efforts to promote health and wellness and positively change lives.

A new Sunday tradition! We are having athletes take turns on creating the route & location for our Sunday group runs! This weekend we hit Short Wave Coffee & had an amazing leader in Jenise! She put together a great route & helped us switch things up this morning. Thanks, Jenise & Spewak Racing crew for showing up!

Thank you to our teammate Stephanie True for getting our teammates signed up for the Go! St. Louis Halloween races after practice yesterday! Stephanie will be making her way to the clubs in town in the coming weeks to promote one of St. Louis best fall events!

A few brave Spewak Racing teammates took on speedwork in the rain 🌧️ this morning at the track! The team certainly got better today! 💪
