Every runnerā€™s journey looks different, but thereā€™s something powerful about working toward ā€œbetterā€ together. Whether youā€™ve always loved running, took a long break, or never quite got started, this oneā€™s for you.

I used to think I could just run a mile because I was already active. I never trained for it, and my knees and shins paid the price. So I gave up before I really started.

Then I joined Run Club+ and did it differently. I eased into the impact, built up gradually instead of doing too much too soon. And now? I actually look forward to it.
