Practice ✌️ and the Flames are already starting to feel like a TEAM. 🔥❤️

The girls came in more comfortable, more confident, and way more connected than week one - and then Coach Heaven had a lil surprise for them. 👀

She brought along two of her co-captains from the Lindenwood Stomp & Shake team to help coach practice … and the girls were SHOOK. 🤩

Getting to learn from these talented young women, see their energy up close, and having them pouring into our girls was pretty special.

Lots of laughs. Lots of learning. Lots of personalities starting to come out.

Two practices in, and we can already see this little Flames family taking shape.

We're officially building our **Founding Flames** team, and interest continues to grow as we prepare for our inaugural season of Stomp & Shake!

Coach Heaven's schedule has been finalized, and we're now working with interested families to determine the best weekly practice day and time before opening official registration.

📧 If you've already submitted an interest form, please check your email for our scheduling survey! Your input will help shape the schedule for our very first Founding Flames season.
