This is not a pitty post, this is a post on perseverance and never stopping never giving up keep working. 1 year ago today was my 6th shoulder surgery. Prior to this I had the same shoulder operated on 10 months prior and then - year and half before that. I have never let my injuries or surgeries define me. If you let and injury define you and you make it an excuse, you will always find a reason why not. My injuries are not from pushing to hard or doing stupid s**t. I will not go in to why but know I do not allow them to find me four months after my shoulder surgery I tore my bicep and had surgery again again I took my time we recovered and started building strength again. There are lessons to be learned with every injury you learned to train differently you learn to approach your workout differently, and if you deny you will keep getting injured. But saying, I have learned to love is make an excuse to win instead of making an excuse to quit.
