The Relentless Lifestyle standard — no guilt, no extremes, no BS. I felt like all I was was mom, housekeeper and chef.....there was no fulfillment for me.

First and foremost, I'm a wife to a wonderful man, we have twin girls and they are the reason I do what I do! After suffering from postpartum depression and the monotony of washing 16 bottles a day and changing as many diapers, keeping up with the house, cooking, cleaning, etc, I lost myself as a woman. I slowly climbed my way out through exercise-it became my outlet. I did all the things and most

I could give you the perfect meal plan and workout split today, and if the strategy behind it doesn't fit your actual life? You still won't do it.

The women I coach aren't lazy. They're maxed out — work, kids, life — and trying to overhaul everything overnight.

That's why we slow it down to speed it up. Small, smart shifts that fit the life you're actually living, not the fantasy version of it.

Curious what that looks like for you?

What example are you setting?

07/14/2026

I turned down a new client last week. She wanted a meal plan. I told her no.

Not because I couldn't write one. Because meal plans are a Band-Aid on a bullet wound, and I don't sell Band-Aids.

I'm 45. I own a gym. I have my own coaching/training practice. I've got twins about to be juniors who are VERY involved in their respective sports. I'm a booster club president. I don't have time for anything that doesn't actually work — and neither do you.

Here's what nobody tells you about midlife: the all-or-nothing cycle isn't a willpower problem. It's a broken system dressed up as a personal failure. You've done the 30-day resets. You've counted the almonds. You've white-knuckled your way through Whole30 and then eaten your feelings by February. And you're still here, still stuck, still exhausted — because none of it touched the actual reason you can't stick with anything.

And I'll say the thing nobody in this industry wants to say out loud: peptides won't save you either. Not if you're not sleeping, not hydrating, not moving, not eating enough protein to build the body you're trying to buy your way into. You can inject all the shortcuts you want — if the foundation's not there, you're just expensive and still stuck.

I'm not interested in handing you a spreadsheet of chicken and broccoli, or the next trendy vial in the fridge. I'm interested in fixing the thing underneath — the hydration you're skipping, the boundaries you don't have, the sleep you're sacrificing for "me time" at 11pm because it's the only time that's yours.

That's slower. That's harder. That's also the only version of this that's still working when you're 60.

If you want a shortcut, there are a thousand people who'll sell you one. If you want to actually fix this — I'm right here.

Just another middle aged mom wearing a romper who doesn't give a f**k what 'they' say we should or shouldn't be wearing.

Um, excuse me because WHAT? I'll be 45 tomorrow and I will wear what I damn well please thankyouverymuch. Something about those mid 40's and the couldn't care less mindset really sets in, am I right?!

Anyway, it's comfortable as hell. I FEEL good in it! And finding a romper for a tall girl with a long torso is nearly impossible. TJ Maxx FTW!

Stop doing what 'they' say is appropriate or not.

Stop caring what their opinion of you is.

Wear the damn shorts. Wear the crop tops.

And before you say "Oh well that's easy for you to say!" Disrespectfully, shut up.

We ALL have our insecurities. Every single one of us.

Wear what makes YOU feel good.

Stop apologizing. For all of it. Just stop. You don't need to apologize for existing or taking up space.

If someone gets offended by you being you, GOOD. They just took out the trash FOR you. You don't need people in your life who you can't be your uniquely awkward self around.

K, maybe the awkward part is just me but I'm good with it.

God made only one YOU. And if the big man upstairs isn't your cup of tea, cool. There is still only one you though. ;)

Be you. Stop trying to fit into some mold that doesn't really exist anyway.

Thanks for coming to my random Ted Talk. Carry on.

Can I tell you something I've noticed after coaching women for all these years?

Every summer, I have women reaching out because they finally have time to focus on themselves.

Then about six weeks from now, I'll have another wave of women tell me they're waiting until the kids go back to school because they'll finally have a routine again.

It's funny because those women think they're different.

They're not.

One is waiting for summer.

The other is waiting for school.

But they're both doing the exact same thing...

They're waiting for life to make room for their health.

And that's the part that breaks my heart because life has been proving to you for years that it doesn't work that way. Yet...here you sit.

Summer ends.

School starts.

Sports start.

The holidays roll around.

Someone gets sick.

Work gets crazy.

Something always comes up.

So you tell yourself, "I'll get serious when things calm down."

Except...when has that actually happened?

Here's what I wish more women understood.

Your health has become whatever fits in the leftover space.

The leftover time.

The leftover energy.

The leftover money.

The leftover attention.

And if your health only gets what's left, it'll always be the first thing to disappear when life gets busy.

That's not because you're lazy.

It's because somewhere along the way you started believing everyone else deserved the best of you, and you'd settle for whatever was left.

That's the cycle I help women break.

Not by giving them another meal plan or a workout to follow.

By helping them build a life where taking care of themselves isn't the thing that gets squeezed out every time life gets loud.

If you feel like I called you out, I did. And I'm here for it. Send me a DM and let's talk about it.

You don't need someone to hold your hand. I mean, maybe you do but distance or budget says otherwise.

You need someone to tell you what to do.

If you're comfortable with barbells, dumbbells, and a gym...but you waste 20 minutes trying to figure out *what* to train, this is for you.

I'll build the plan.

You just show up and do the work.

I don’t share much of this side of my life/business here outside of the occasional al post of my daughter who powerlifts but I have so much pride and happiness wrapped up in this picture that I wanted to share.

This past weekend, 11 athletes from our gym competed in their first ever usapowerlifting competition. Our girl included. Shoutout to brooklyn.turner09

The majority of these amazing kids compete at our HS or in college now.

For one, it was her very first time competing period.

Every single athlete medaled. Most taking 🥇

Every single one qualified for Regionals and some for State already.

This wasn’t mandatory. This wasn’t for a grade or affiliated with school in any way. They CHOSE to put in the work, despite it being Summer. They CHOSE to show up and work their asses off in the dead heat. They chose the gym and fueling their body properly over social gatherings.

They showed up and showed out. The Relentless Powerlifting Crew dominated and won the whole damn meet.

I had my hand in coaching a few of them which is something I don’t advertise. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you would have told me a decade ago I would be in the world of powerlifting I would have said “what’s that?” 🤣

These kids are special. They are the hardest workers in the room. They are hilarious, kind, intelligent (most of the time. Sometimes they are complete morons and that is said with lots of love) and fun. It’s a privilege to be able to have a small part in their journey.

Please help me congratulate them! That is all. This momma/coach is so proud!

I got my start in fitness with Beachbody.

It ignited my passion for all things health & wellness & I met some wonderful people along the way.

Want to know why I quit? Integrity is everything to me & being called a Coach (of any sort) when I had zero credentials or education did not sit well with me.

I had no problem sharing what was working for me & helping me feel better. That was as easy & natural as sharing my new fav shorts with a girlfriend.

But I hated pushing products & talking about health & wellness when I had zero formal education.

They made you think & portray yourself in a way that didn't feel right to me. So I used that as fuel to actually get my certifications in personal training & nutrition.

Once I actually learned about proper training & nutrition, it definitely didn't align with what I saw for myself.

I parted ways & launched (then) Hope & Faith Fitness/The Relentless Lifestyle & began working with people IRL.

That was well over a decade ago & I have since worked with 100's & 100's of people.

I went on to get my Corrective Exercise cert & became a Health/Life Coach because one thing I learned in working with so many people-exercise is such a small piece of the puzzle.

Now? I still work 1:1 with clients but take a whole lifestyle approach.

I cater to special populations (those with injuries/limitations, those just getting cleared from their physical therapist but not quite ready to be on their own, the EDS community & more).

If you're looking for quick weight loss, I'm not your trainer.

If you're looking for someone to give you a meal plan, I'm not it. Though I am credentialed to do so (most trainers are NOT), I won't. Will I help you learn what to eat for your goals? Absolutely!

If you're looking for a lifestyle change, I'm your girl.

Want to gain strength? Build muscle? Be able to chase your kids & get up & down off the floor easily? I got you.

Recovering from surgery & done w/ PT? I'm here for you.

Managing EDS? You NEED strength & muscle & yes there is a safe & appropriate way to do it.

I have 2 long time clients who are moving & I will be opening up their spots in July.

DM me to set up your consult.

If you're always watching your weight, but not your habits… you're missing the bigger picture.

Your weight is a result, not a routine.
And routines—what you do daily—are where the real work happens.

Instead of asking:

➡️ “Why isn’t the scale moving?”
Start asking:

✔️ Did I move my body today?
✔️ Did I fuel myself with real food?
✔️ Did I hydrate, sleep, and slow down when I needed to?

The scale can’t measure consistency.

It can’t measure boundaries, growth, or discipline.

But your habits can.

✨ Start small: Pick ONE habit to track this week.

Maybe it’s water.
Maybe it’s protein.
Maybe it’s 10 minutes of movement.

Start there. Watch what changes.

You’re not broken. You don’t need fixing.

You just need aligned habits.

As you prepare for the upcoming week with the meals, shuttling kids, maintaining your home, appointments, errands and your job, how are you planning to show up for yourself? Drop it in the comments!

Peptides are amazing. They aren't new. They aren't a fix-all either.

We have been using peptides and red light therapy for about a decade in this house. It's actually pretty cool to see them becoming mainstream.

Red light - eh, I'm still out on that based on personal experience. But it's definitely a no harm/no foul situation so you don't have anything to lose.

But here's the problem:

If you're thinking peptides and red light are going to solve your problems, you're wrong.

If you're still sleeping like s**t, eating like s**t, not moving your body, running on E all the time while guzzling caffeine all damn day, it's not going to do much.

Quit avoiding the WORK if you want lasting changes.

And for the love, quit buying peptides from your bestie and the new mlm she's repping and following some chat gpt'd protocol on dosage. 🙃 Cause I bet she didn't tell you how many needles you'll need, where to get them, how to store and dispose of everything properly, that you shouldn't draw and inject with the same one.... I bet she didn't tell you that you also need BAC water or how to mix it all. I bet she didn't tell you that you'll likely have to take them for a VERY long time (they aren't a one and done thing). I bet she didn't tell you to not inject in the same spot all the time. I bet she didn't tell you that you can be allergic to the BAC water and will need an alternative.

You get my point.

Peptides from a reputable source coupled WITH those 5 things (see graphic) - that can be a game changer! Peptides support and can help with healing but they aren't a CURE.

YOU still have to do the work.
