Kate Dwyer, MS, RD, LD, IFNCP, is a Registered Dietitian and owner of Kate Dwyer | MS RD IFNCP, a private nutrition practice focused on individualized, evidence-based care. She holds a BS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Kansas State University, an MS in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, and is a board-certified Integrative and Functional Nutrition Provider.

After years as a ballet dancer and her own experience navigating disordered eating, restrictive diets, and nutrition trends, Kate was drawn to a career helping people pursue their goals without sacrificing their health or relationship with food. She now specializes in weight management, women’s health, GI health, GLP-1 nutrition, sustainable eating patterns, and improving relationships with food. Her approach is food-first, practical, and refreshingly no-BS: nutrition should be personalized, sustainable, and support both performance and long-term health.
