Program: PADDLE INTO MOVEMENT
8 week program

Move More. Paddle More. Feel Better.

Paddle Into Movement is a twice-a-week recreational paddleboarding program designed to help you get outside, get your body moving, and enjoy time on the water.

This isn’t a workout class. There are no reps, routines, or pressure to keep up. Just grab a board, start paddling, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Regular paddling naturally encourages movement while engaging balance, mobility, coordination, and the whole body. Whether you’re new to paddleboarding or already comfortable on a board, the goal is simple: show up, get moving, and enjoy the water.

Twice a Week • All Experience Levels Welcome
Come for the movement. Stay for the water.

Scheduled paddle sessions of up to 2–4 hours, depending on location, conditions, and the day’s program

Slots limited to 10-12 people
Time: TBD (Morning to noon)Monday/Wednesday
Location: Max Starcke Park but depending on interest and people’s availability to travel or car pool, we can discuss other inland water locations

While we work our stuff out with the city of seguin parks and rec, I will be offering free local drop off (seguin) of paddle board rentals this weekend. I will also be doing a half/full day rentals at a flat rate. Text and reserve your paddle board today to put you on the schedule for Saturday and Sunday.
