🍂⚽ Week 1 of the Fall Soccer Season is Here! ⚽🍂
Months of planning, dozens of teams, over 500 (!!!) players, and countless volunteer hours have gotten us here...its time to kick off the Fall Soccer Season!
🍁 Fall Rec kicks off tomorrow down at the Cole St. Fields. First games kick off at 8am and will run past noon. Please double check your team's schedules and arrive a bit before kickoff. We have a field map pinned on our page as well in case you are not sure where where your field is.
🍁 Please make sure your child has their uniform (away = white, home = blue), cleats, shinpads, soccer ball, and water! Although the temps will be in the 70s, it gets hot down the fields, so please make sure your child has water to stay hydrated!
🍁 Because of the size of our program, parking will be a bit tricky. We ask that you be mindful of where folks are parked and not block anyone in, ensure you are not blocking any entrances or exists, do not park where cones are set-up, and be mindful of our neighbors' driveways and lawns. Parking up at the school and walking down at the fields is usually your best bet.
🍁 For all families, please ensure that if you are sitting in the designated spectator areas, which is the side of the field across from the benches. Please do not sit on the sidelines with the benches or the endlines, as you will be asked to move. This is a CORI and MYSA requirement, but logistically, we also need to keep our endlines clear for the games. We grateful appreciate your support with this!
