Welcome home, Sam! We are so excited to host class with the one and only Sam Picart! Sam has been a part of our eXit SPACE community for over a decade. While on faculty he brought his distinct energy and passion to hundreds of students. His class is a dose of joy!

Sam is back in Seattle to work with thePROGRAM at eXit SPACE and will be teaching an adult program in next week. Come and check it out, one night only.

Take advantage of the unique and exciting opportunity to learn from thePROGRAM alumna and recent CLI Conservatory Program grad, Sky Scharl. Sky has studied under some of the commercial dance industry’s top choreographers and is ecstatic to be back teaching at eXit SPACE where she can smile and dance with familiar and new faces!

Commercial dance describes choreography and technique central to commercial industries such as TV, film, music videos, Broadway, theme parks, cruise lines, circus arts, and more. Commercial forms explored in this 5-day camp include jazz, hip hop, and contemporary; dancers will work on leaping and turning skills, body isolations, shape clarity, tricks, and more, all the while learning how to move through space creatively. This camp is a great opportunity for young dancers who love watching dance on TV and social media to try their hand at those commercial forms they love!

It's that time again! ...Time to enroll in the Basic Series 🤗

Designed for the absolute beginner, Basic Series classes at eXit SPACE are intro courses to Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, or Studio Hip Hop (Burlesque will return in the fall!). Classes meet once a week for one hour at one of our Greenlake locations.

☀️ Summer session runs June 15 – August 16 and enrollment will close for each class after class has met for the second time.

🌟 NEW opportunity: National Honor Society for Dance Arts secondary chapter 🌟

The National Honor Society for Dance Arts (.dance) is a program of the National Dance Education Organization (), which recognizes outstanding dance students nationwide for their artistic merit, leadership, and academic achievement while helping to advance the field of dance education centered in the arts. We are thrilled to announce that eXit SPACE has been approved to sponsor a Secondary Chapter which will be open to pre-professional division students (grades 9-12) working towards honors criteria.
