Only days left until the spoons come up and any self consciousness goes down. This is a re-lived, re-inspired Freedom Movement. So excited to be unabashedly silly and make fun of our older selves. Thank you to Reuben's Brews for hosting us in your private venue, The Canning Line and to KRUU Photo Booth 🇺🇸 for capturing the fun in a photobooth.

I was living my best independent life in my 20’s, raising babies in my 30’s, there was renewed vigor in my 40’s, and I’m feeling refinement as I move into my 50’s.
I’ve changed so much along the way; as one should. Growth comes with bumps, but it also comes with beauty.
It’s crazy when you look down the line and wonder what it will be like or who you will have become. Life’s got far more experiences for me to even imagine. And growth, no doubt. And wild adventures for sure.
Can’t wait to look back when I get there and see how I’ve changed and become.
For some reason, I see myself with pink hair somewhere in the mix. Because why not? You only live once.

Let the records show. We are not too old that party. We freaking love to have a good time and go out with friends.
We are just smart about how we do it, and approach it differently.
👉🏼 we anticipate it for weeks. I mean, we don’t have weddings or bachelorette parties and we only get milestones once a year.
👉🏼 we might take the next work day off to recover.
👉🏼 we go out early and end it early. Who can stay out past 10 anymore?
👉🏼 we carefully monitor and ration our beverages. No one wants a headache or feel foggy the next day.
👉🏼 we keep the advil close. Headaches come faster and our body can feel hit by a bus after too much loose movement.
👉🏼 we were stretchy clothes or unbutton those jeans about an hour in. Nobody has to live like this.
👉🏼 we go all in with laughter, openness, and interest because it makes it makes everything better. The good stuff is work soaking in and savoring.
Girl, you are not too old. Now, drink your afternoon coffee so you’ll be awake for tonight ☕️
