Be kind to the version of you that’s still becoming.
Every decade that passes asks a little more of your body.
Lift the weights. Take the walks. Eat the protein. Build the habits.
You’re not just training for this summer. You’re training for the version of you that wants to hike with your grandkids, carry your own groceries, get up off the floor with ease, and keep saying “yes” to life’s adventures.
Trust me, future you will never wish you had waited.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.
Motherhood didn’t erase who you are. It revealed who you’re capable of becoming. Brick by brick, workout by workout, choice by choice.

The women who inspire me most aren’t the ones with perfect routines.
They’re the ones who keep showing up.
The ones who fit a workout into a busy day, grab Chick-fil-A when life gets hectic, forget to stretch, and still choose to take care of themselves the next day.
Fitness was never meant to become another impossible standard to live up to. It’s supposed to make your life better, not take it over.
Here’s to building strength that fits real life. ❤️

For years, I thought these were personality flaws. Turns out, they were ADHD!
TBH- I still struggle with all these things everyday, but learning to give myself some grace and have systems/tricks in place that help. 🫶🏻
Some days I work out because I want to get stronger.
Some days I work out because I have a goal I’m chasing.
And some days… I just move because my brain is loud.
Strength training, a run, a hike, a few pull-ups, floor is lava with my kids in the living room. It all gives my mind somewhere to put all the noise.
I’ve learned that movement isn’t just something I do for my body. It’s one of the best ways I take care of my mind. Hello ADHD 😜
If you’ve ever finished a workout feeling mentally lighter than when you started, you know exactly what I mean.
