I know 6 months doesn’t feel like enough time for much to change, but let me tell you, it’s more than enough time to start losing weight, even with PCOS, balance your hormones, and feel like yourself again 🤍

Here’s what you’re gonna do:
✨ Stop trying to eat as little as possible and start focusing on nourishing your body.
✨ Prioritize blood sugar balance with balanced meals.
✨ Build muscle through strength training and walk daily.
✨ Focus on nervous system regulation and stress management.
✨ Prioritize sleep like it’s your job.
✨ Stop starting over every Monday and focus on consistency instead.

Because here’s the truth:
Weight loss with PCOS isn’t about punishing your body.
It’s about supporting it.

And while I can’t promise exactly how much weight you’ll lose, I CAN tell you that 6 months of consistent, hormone-supportive habits can completely change how you feel in your body.

Think:
🤍 Better energy
🤍 Fewer cravings
🤍 Less inflammation
🤍 More regular periods
🤍 Better sleep
🤍 Sustainable weight loss

And if you want to learn exactly what I did to reverse my PCOS symptoms and feel more confident in my body, comment BBT and I’ll send you everything you need to know about my membership, Becoming Balanced Together ✨

I have regular periods again, less anxiety, and feel more connected to my body than ever before…
And there are 2 things I credit most:

🤍 Balancing my blood sugar
🤍 Regulating my nervous system

I know those aren’t the most exciting answers.

But after years of dealing with anxiety, bloating, poor sleep, and only getting my period 2-3 times a year, these two things changed everything.

Because here’s what most women with PCOS/PMOS don’t realize…
Blood sugar balance and nervous system regulation are connected.

When your blood sugar is all over the place, your body experiences that as stress.

And when your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight, your body has a much harder time prioritizing things like regular ovulation, hormone balance, and feeling good.

That’s why these two things are the foundation of everything I teach.

👇 Now I want to hear from you:

What’s ONE thing you’re struggling with most right now?
• Irregular periods?
• Cravings?
• Weight loss?
• Anxiety?
• Sleep?
• Stress?
• Not knowing what to eat?

Leave it in the comments and I’ll personally give you some feedback and ideas on where I’d start if we were sitting down together 🤍

And if there’s a specific question you have about blood sugar balance or nervous system regulation, ask away! I love these conversations and they always give me ideas for future videos to help support✨

Ok hear me out on this one…

If you have PCOS/PMOS, regulating your nervous system isn’t some “woo woo” wellness trend.
It’s one of the MOST important things you can do for your hormones.

Like just as important as eating healthy and working out, especially if you have PCOS.

For years, I focused almost exclusively on nutrition and exercise, and while those things matter, I completely overlooked how much stress was impacting my body.

I was:
• constantly rushing
• experiencing high anxiety
• struggling to sleep
• running on caffeine
• living in fight or flight

And my body responded accordingly.

It wasn’t until I started intentionally slowing down that things began to shift.

For me, that looks like:
🤍 10 minutes of meditation
🤍 Taking deep breaths throughout the day
🤍 Getting outside for a walk
🤍 Reading before bed instead of scrolling
🤍 Not treating every day like an emergency

Because when your body feels safe, it can finally prioritize things like:
• regular periods
• better sleep
• balanced hormones
• less anxiety
• more energy

Follow along for more realistic tips on balancing your hormones, improving your PCOS symptoms, building blood sugar-balancing meals, and creating habits that actually work in real life 🤍

Anddddddd if you want to learn exactly how to reverse your PCOS symptoms naturally through nutrition, blood sugar balance, movement, sleep, and nervous system regulation, just comment BBT and I’ll send you everything you need to know about the Becoming Balanced Together membership, the same framework that I’ve used with hundreds of women to help them finally stop feeling frustrating with their bodies and get unstuck when it comes to balancing their hormones.

Eating for PCOS doesn’t need to be complicated, I promise😍

One of the most common things I see in new clients who want to reverse their PCOS symptoms, have tried everything and still can’t lose weight? They’re not eating enough food!

And I know it sounds coutnerinutituve because if you want to lose weight you should “eat less,” right? But in reality that is SO not the case.

Our body needs fuel to function. Our hormones are literally made from amino acids in the protein we eat, cholesterol from the healthy fats we eat and the carbohydrates we consume drive the energy behind our hormones actually doing what needs to be done in our bodies.

FOOD IS INFORMATION FOR OUR BODY.

Of course, what we are eating, when and how much, is what we need to pay attention to.

I used to skip breakfast, have no protein at lunchtime, and then be starving at dinner and eat way too much.

This left my body in such a state of stress, which is why my PCOS symptoms were so bad - only got my period 2-3 times per year, was bloated all the time and gaining weight, getting daily headaches and couldn’t sleep through the night because of my anxiety.

My body was screaming at me to fix my hormones, and I’m SO happy that I listened because since then everything has changed.

I have WAY more energy now, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been physically, I get my period regularly with very minimal symptoms and I feel SO much more confident and connected to my body in a way I never had before.

So if you’re ready to make changes, learn how to eat FOR your hormones and reverse your symptoms, comment COMMUNITY below to get more info on my online community, Becoming Balanced Together (BBT), where you get weekly PCOS friendly meal plans (and lots more).

Let’s do this!

Growth comes from discomfort. If you’re staying where you are, doing the same things you’ve always done, nothing is going to change 💜

This quote is such a good reminder of that 😍

06/19/2026

Just your friendly reminder that if you want to improve your PCOS/PMOS symptoms…
You can’t ignore blood sugar balance.
And you can’t ignore stress.

Because the truth is, your body doesn’t know the difference between:
• emotional stress
• under-eating
• over-exercising
• poor sleep
• rushing through life
• blood sugar spikes and crashes

It just knows stress.

And when your body is constantly in survival mode, it’s not going to prioritize things like:
• regular cycles
• weight loss
• balanced hormones
• restful sleep
• steady energy

This is why I talk so much about balancing blood sugar AND regulating the nervous system.
Not because they’re trendy.
But because they’re foundational and absolutely necessary.

Think:
🤍 Balanced meals with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and carbs
🤍 Walking daily
🤍 Building muscle through strength training
🤍 Getting 7-9 hours of sleep
🤍 Slowing down and regulating your nervous system

These are the things that helped me reverse my PMOS symptoms, and they’re the same exact things I teach my clients how to do.

The basics work, stop overcomplicating it.

For over 10 years, I knew something felt off with my hormones. I didn’t even get a period naturally until my gyno put me on birth control at 15.

I also dealt with:
• anxiety
• bloating
• poor sleep
• extremely irregular periods
• feeling exhausted all the time
• feeling like my body was working against me

And for the longest time, I thought it was just “normal” or my doctors would tell me I didn’t have to worry about it until I wanted to have a baby….crazy work.

It wasn’t until I was 28 and was determined to figure out what was going on with my body, that I was finally diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS.

And honestly, while the diagnosis brought up a lot of emotions, it also brought something I hadn’t had in a long time:
Answers and clarity.

Suddenly, everything started making sense.

And even more importantly, I realized that my body wasn’t broken.
It just needed a different type of support.

That diagnosis completely changed the trajectory of my life and ultimately led me to become a hormone health coach so I could help other women who feel like they’re stuck, frustrated, and exhausted from trying to figure it all out on their own.

If you’ve been dismissed, told your symptoms are normal, or feel like something just isn’t right...
Keep advocating for yourself.
You deserve answers.

And if you’ve recently been diagnosed, I want you to know something:
This isn’t the end of the story.
It’s the beginning of understanding your body in a whole new way 🤍

After talking to literally hundreds of women with PCOS/PMOS, it’s almost never what you think.

Most women assume they need:
A new supplement.
A stricter diet.
A more intense workout plan.
More motivation.
More discipline.

But often what I see is something else entirely.

Here are some of the patterns I notice 👇
1. Coffee before breakfast every morning.
= Starting the day with a blood sugar rollercoaster.
2. Skipping meals because you’re “too busy.”
= Keeping your body stuck in survival mode.
3. Living off protein bars and shakes.
= Missing the fiber and nutrients your hormones actually need.
4. Working out hard but barely moving the rest of the day.
= Missing one of the easiest ways to support insulin sensitivity.
5. Sleeping 5-6 hours a night.
= Making it harder for your body to regulate hunger, stress, and hormones.
6. Constantly feeling rushed and overwhelmed.
= A nervous system that’s stuck in fight or flight.
7. Looking for the perfect supplement or medication.
= While ignoring the habits that would move the needle the most.

Individually? None of these seem like a huge deal.
Together?
They’re creating a perfect environment for cravings, fatigue, weight loss resistance, irregular cycles, inflammation, and feeling completely stuck.

And your body is responding to all of it.

Most women don’t need a more restrictive plan.

They need more support.

And sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from fixing the basics that have been overlooked for years.
