I’m wrote and posted this a few weeks ago on Substack... since then I have been finding it impossible to find the thread of the next article .. There are sometimes so many things to talk about and simultaneously nothing at all to say about anything! Anyone else feel this way? Anyway, I also feel like I squeezed out all the words I possibly could lately into this book situation 😅 anyway if there is a topic I’ve touched on in the past that you would want me to expand on - let me know ! I’m taking requests 🤓

I’m not saying drugs prescribed for mental health never help anyone — I’m saying the current materialist medical pharma paradigm is highly flawed and a lot of people’s pain is exploited for profit and it keeps people trapped in a victim cycle far too often... And it’s time for more education so a more universal awareness on our multidimensional mind-body-energy fields can be understood. Humans have so many built in, very sophisticated sensory systems... I’m interested in helping to create a world where we can know ourselves and what powerful co-creators we are ! Thjs vision was one of the biggest drivers for me in the process of writing my book, A Yogis Guide to Energy Protection for the past 3.5 years. It’s live ! The book is now officially available for preorder via Kickstarter ⚡️ this art and ten bodies anatomy chart are in the book! The chart is available as a poster print in the campaign 🙏 thanks everyone for your support. After 3.5 years of writing this it’s hard to believe I’ve made it to this juncture. Really excited for you to have the book in your hands 🤗

Ok here it is ! This is the cover of my book, a pic of all 8 printed drafts it took to get here, and a photo of Jai Gopal and on the March 2023 morning Wynn Las Vegas when the whole book outline dropped in my head. If you would have told me then, what I know now .. 😅 the pre launch page is up on Kickstarter ! Please go sign up, the first hours of the launch on Sept 15 mean a lot for the success of the fundraising, so you being there at the jump is super helpful. Plus it’s gonna be fun! Thank you 🧿♾️📿

Book update: I’m still here. I think if I had to describe myself with a phrase right now it would be “dogged determination” 😅 I knew writing a book on energy protection might be difficult but the process of bringing it from the writing stage into a real actual book has been next level. It is testing me and everything I’m made of 🙏 going as strong as I can towards launch day sept 15 on kickstarter. I’ll keep you posted 🧿

Oh man are we having a summer or what 🫠 I’m finally surfacing again after a very intense time…Getting ready to finalize this whole book situation and get the marketing & publishing happening. Learning a ton! Here we goooo 😅🧿

It’s been non stop book editing this past week since I’ve been home. I am just obsessively trying to finish now since I have a launch date set (TBA!), the pressure is ON. When I get through this particular stretch I’ll be able to put my attention towards promoting it by sharing more about the subjects of energy protection … and let me tell you there is a LOT of ground to cover. For such a kind of obscure topic there sure is a lot to unpack. Anyway, these are some photos I uncovered 2 weeks ago going through photo albums that were in my parents attic, when I was in middle school a circus came and taught us all HOW TO BE CIRCUS PERFORMERS. YES. This is me dancing over fire sticks and EATING FIRE in the middle school gym 😂they also taught us high wire trapeze acts. Can you imagine that in 2026? It would never happen. This is a great illustration of how much the culture has changed since the 90s. And also why Gen X ‘ers are the way we are.. I still remember the cans of Sterno we dipped the fabric soaked ends of the metal fire sticks into before lighting them. I was scared to eat it at first but the fire goes right out when you close your teeth around it 😭
