A season can be everything you needed and still be finished.

It doesn’t take away from what it gave you. Some things are meant to be seasonal, not permanent, and letting go doesn’t erase the good it did.

I will talk to you when you’re ready to talk calmly.”

“I understand you’re upset, but I am not okay with being spoken to that way.”

“I was hired for 20 hours a week. You gave me 40 hours of work. Which 20 hours of work would you like completed?”

“I respect your opinion, but I have my own as well.”

“I won’t be able to make it because
Saturdays are my one day off, and I need to unwind and recover.”

“Right now, I need some time to myself. I would love to hear more about this later.”

“I need you to understand what I’m feeling; I don’t need help problem-solving right now.”
