A new chapter for Wave Ventures 🌊
We’re super excited to share that Johannes Korpela has been appointed as the new CEO of Wave. Johannes has been part of the team since last January and brings a strong founder mindset, with experience from building an AI ed-tech startup as well as working in consulting and scale-ups.
Together with the new team Camilla Komulainen, Max Larsson, Robin Hansson, Margarethe Böhme, Tiffany Tuisk and Niklas Kervinen, Johannes is ready to continue backing the next generation of builders from the New Nordics. Behind the scenes, the Finnish team has also been building something big for the community of top founders. More on that early next year.
At the same time, we want to say a huge thank you to Antonia Eneh, who will be moving on from her role as CEO. Together with the team (Zechen, Elis, Bror, Joona, Emma), Antonia has had a real impact on Wave and left it better than she found it. We’re incredibly excited for what’s next for her.
