Cooking eggs for breakfast?
Don’t throw away the shells just yet!

I use the egg white left inside the shells and apply it to my face and neck. I leave it on for about 15 minutes, then rinse it off.

I love how fresh, smooth, and beautifully refreshed my skin feels afterward.

Save this and try it tomorrow morning!

For years, I thought glasses were simply a tool to help me see better. But recently , I realized that our vision is connected to much more than our eyes alone.

When we spend hours looking at screens, reading, driving, or concentrating, we often don’t notice how much tension accumulates in our forehead, temples, jaw, neck, and shoulders. We squint, raise our eyebrows, tighten change to our forehead, and carry that tension throughout the day.

Face yoga taught me to pay attention to these hidden habits.

The good news is that you do not need perfect vision to practice face yoga. In fact, many exercises can be done while wearing your glasses.

You can comfortably practice posture exercises, neck and shoulder releases, jaw relaxation, temple massage, forehead awareness techniques, breathing exercises.

For exercises that involve the mid-face area, cheeks, nose, or eye contours, it is best to remove your glasses for a few minutes and allow your hands to work directly with the muscles and fascia.

Face yoga is not about replacing glasses or correcting vision. It is about creating awareness, reducing unnecessary tension, and helping your face and body work in harmony.

The next time you put on your glasses, ask yourself:

Am I squinting? Am I lifting my eyebrows? Are my shoulders relaxed?

Sometimes, the greatest transformation begins not with seeing better, but with noticing ourselves more deeply.

Do you wear glasses? Tell me when do you notice the most tension in your face: while working, reading, or driving?

What if the best thing you do for yourself today… is put your phone away?

Join me in a little challenge:

One hour without your phone. No scrolling. No checking notifications.
No holding it just in case. Put it somewhere out of reach and give yourself one full hour to be where you actually are. Look around. Go for a walk.
Watch the ocean. Drink your coffee slowly. Breathe deeper. Let your eyes look into the distance instead of another screen. Your mind deserves a little quiet too. I’m doing it today.

Will you join me?

come back later to tell me how it felt 🩵

Let’s continue our posture practice!

We’re adding CACTI, a simple movement to open the chest, mobilize the shoulders, and wake up your upper back.

Bend your elbows at 90°, hands up and out to the sides.
Bring your elbows and forearms together in front, then open them back out to the sides.

Repeat 10 times or more, moving slowly and keeping your posture tall.

Your face yoga practice doesn’t start with your face. Posture is part of the foundation.

Save this for your daily 1-minute posture practice and practice with me! 💜
