Lately, I’ve been thinking about all the versions of myself that brought me here ✨
The woman chasing big dreams. The one navigating change. The one learning to trust her body again. The one finding strength she didn’t know she had. The one who’s still growing every single day. For a long time, I was so focused on becoming the next version of myself that I forgot to honor the women who got me here. Every season, every setback, every win, every lesson, every ounce of growth has shaped the woman I am today.
So today, I’m choosing to remember her. To celebrate her. To trust her. To choose her. To protect her peace. To honor her. To forgive her.

I’m beyond honored to share that I’ve been named a 2026 SWEATlebrity™ and will be recognized at Pretty Girls Sweat Fest Atlanta this September!
Fitness has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. It’s carried me through challenges, strengthened me in every season, and given me the opportunity to encourage women to believe in themselves. As a Mom, that purpose has only grown deeper. My greatest hope is to show my son that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s one of the greatest ways we can show up for the people we love.
To be recognized by a community that celebrates women’s health, sisterhood, and empowerment is something I don’t take lightly.
I can’t wait to celebrate with so many incredible women at the Ultimate Homecoming on September 19! I’d love to sweat and celebrate with you there 💧🎉✨
