Athletes need to be cleared for wrestling even if they were cleared for another sport. Please use this link to fill out the clearance information and bring the signed clearance form to practice after it has been stamped by the office.

Online Clearance Process Description for Online Clearance at Valhalla High School.

We are pulling out and setting up the mats this Saturday at 10am. We need all hands on deck for this. The more people we have the faster we will be able to finish.

Practice starts on Monday the 8th at 3pm please bring your athletic clearance to practice with you.

Student wrestling meeting this Wednesday during lunch in the wrestling room!

Weight training starts this week.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3-4pm

Granite Hills HS is hosting a wrestling camp. If anyone is interested I suggest connecting with them to attend!
